Based in Barcelona, we are recruiting a WordPress and WooCommerce Expert who has design and development experience.

  • We are looking for someone BASED IN BARCELONA to work full or part time in the offices, with remote working optional.

Responsibilities: – Managing, Developing, Designing

  • Full Management of Woo Commerce and plugins on both UK and Spanish sites
  • Improvement and Development of shopping cart plug ins, and product page design, User Experience & design
  • Management of API’s & CSV product data imports for both UK and Spanish sites
  • Researching, Testing & Installing suitable plugins to help grow the website performance & user experience
  • Development and maintenance of self design plug ins
  • Planning strategy for e-commerce development
  • Updating and maintaining existing sites – We have 2 main sites + 5+ smaller sites under development
  • Working alongside our Marketing Agency to ensure full optimisation of all areas of the websites

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years + WordPress
  • 2 years + Woo Commerce Experience
  • 1-year min SEO experience
  • Fluency in English & Spanish
  • Skilled with Adobe graphics software
  • Project management experience (in the event you manage extra freelancers to assist on projects)
  • Knowledge, Ability & Experience with complex Woo Commerce Pricing Structures

UK Client Account Managers & Inbound Sales

Integrated in the UK sales & customer services team should be a dynamic and motivated self-starter with strong communications and teamwork skills – You will be responding to web based leads and phone call leads and converting leads into clients.


Inbound UK sales & customer services – Website & Telephone
Account Management of regular UK clients
Assessment of clients profile, printing needs, artwork files & budgets
Creation & issue of quotations, calculation of margins, with professional follow-up sales techniques to convert to sales
Supporting & working with your team in a fast paced professional environment

Minimum Qualifications

At least 1 years proven track record in UK Sales & Customer Services
Basic graphic design skills beneficial – Adobe software

Business Development, Growth & Retention Manager

Based in Barcelona, you will work alongside our UK & Spanish Sales Teams, to ensure your understanding and product knowledge exceeds the necessary levels to ensure confidence in your business development and growth communication.

Lead Generation > Analysing Data > Profiling & Growth (LTV) Planning > On-Boarding > Strategic Partnerships > Upselling > Marketing > Retention Plans

You will analyse our client lists and data to produce client profiles, thus providing a clear understanding of our target markets and client segmentations, to create Development, Growth and Retention strategies per segment. You will then deploy and successfully manage these strategies.

Your core role will be to analyse, profile and develop our new clients, converting our new one time customers into regular long term clients, with strategic client growth & retention plans.

You will be in regular direct contact with our clients, and also train sales staff on your strategies and techniques.

In addition you will search and win brand new clients.

Success will see a Customer Growth team built around you.

You must be skilled with data analysis and strategic planning and deployment, and have experience with online tools to assist in your role.


  • Have at least 5 years Sales and B2B Development/Growth/Retention experience
  • Be able to provide examples of how you have used online tools and software to achieve business development, growth & sales success
  • Have experience in data analysis & creation
  • NATIVE ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (with Spanish an advantage)
  • Degree Level Education
  • At least 1 years experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system


  • Report weekly and monthly to Company Director
  • Target Driven
  • Basic experience in Printing a huge advantage but not essential


  • Professional, confident, strong individual as well as a great team player with outstanding communication skills
  • Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision
  • Ability to work independently, plan, forecast and report weekly & monthly
  • Self motivated, Target driven, Highly organised and detail oriented
