Water Based Screen Printing

We offer Water-Based screen printing inks that dramatically increase our sustainable footprint and reduce environmental damage Water Based Inks also give a softer finish to your printing designs, and as such creates a higher value product.

These water based inks also reduce the amount of energy needed in the curing/drying process as water based screen printing inks have a lower curing temperature compared to other methods. These conscious decisions about what ink and printing technique you choose is a big step in the right direction towards a greener future and a cleaner world.

Sustainable business practices are not just for Screen Printing and Direct to garment printing, our partnership with Madeira, a leading thread manufacturer, gives us the opportunity to provide premium quality machine embroidery thread made from 100% recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Bottles made from PET are recycled and used to manufacture fibres to produce thread. POLYNEON green has the same high quality to last the lifetime of the garment.

We are also able to offer the first 100% Lyocell Embroidery Threads, this is the very first coloured 100% Lyocell machine embroidery thread, a completely new embroidery experience! Biodegradable Lyocell is made of cellulose, a natural raw material derived from trees grown in sustainably managed forests. Manufactured with a closed-loop production process from renewable resources, Sensa is extremely soft to touch with a silk-matt finish, a truly eco-friendly embroidery thread.

Our Brand Salvage

They Salvage the cuttings from organic cotton textile production, shred them and turn back into soft cotton fibres. They also add fibres made from locally recycled plastic bottles to obtain the cotton and polyester blend. They spin the blended fibres into fine yarn to make fabrics which results is amazing quality products Salvage labelled products are certified under the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) and the Organic Content Standard (OCS) by the Control Union Certifications. Compostamailer mailing bags are manufactured using approved and certified compostable materials which subject to the conditions of industrial compostin, the bags will disintegrate into much smaller pieces by 12 weeks and fully biodegradable by 6 months.

Compostamailer can be home composited but due to the thickness of the material, this will take considerably longer. Compostamailer bags have to be discarded in your organic waste bin.
