Shipping and Returns
Online E-Commerce Sales:
We operate using a multi-option shipping service to best meet your requirements and budget. Prices and Services are as follows:
£5 for 7-14 days delivery
This is our most economical service for those that do not require the order for a fixed date. We will always endeavour to ship the order within a 7-14 days period but other orders will be given priority where needed.
£7.50 for 5-7 days delivery
This is our standard shipping service and we will aim to get the order shipped and delivered to our client within a 5-7 working day period.
£10 for 3-4 days delivery *
This is our priority service for clients that have a deadline and require the order within 3-4 working days.
*Highlands, Northern Ireland or remote areas of the UK may face slight delays.
For larger orders the shipping cost will be calculated depending on the quantity and delivery deadline of the client.
Express Delivery:
We have express and same day printing and delivery services available upon request. Contact us today for more information.
Please note that the delivery time-frame can be affected by the quantity of the order and the printing technique involved. We ship all orders using a courier service with full tracking details upon request. All deliveries must be signed for.
Offline Sales:
Our standard shipping time is 5-7 working days from receipt of payment and approval of the visual proof that we will send to you once artwork and payment have been received. The time-frames can be affected by the quantity of the order and the printing technique involved.
Our standard shipping cost is £5 but please note that for larger orders the shipping cost will be calculated depending on the quantity and delivery deadline of the client. All deliveries require a signature. We have express and same day printing and delivery and delivery services available upon request.
Returns:
In the event of finding a fault with the product or printing, simply inform us of the problem within 12 hours of delivery by email, telephone or by filling out our contact form and we will advise you of the correct way of returning the order. Depending on the fault and issue with the order, we may request for you to ship the order back to us using a trackable service so as to avoid any further issues or we may send a courier to collect.
Please also supply photos where possible of any issues relating to the product or the print so a better idea of the initial problem will be more apparent. Please note that refunds will be considered and discussed after Garment Printing has been given every opportunity to rectify any issues with the order.
