The brief
Quantities were 100 polo shirts and 20 aprons, all with a one-colour print: polos for the whole events team, branded workwear aprons for the cooks, everyone identifiable on the show floor.
What we printed
For the polos we suggested our best-selling Gildan polo shirt, cuffed sleeves, taped neck, twin-needle hem, and a fabric that prints well. For the aprons we chose a Premier apron for its anti-tangle ties and crease-resistant finish, which matter when someone is cooking in it all day.
All 120 garments were screen printed in one colour. The aprons carried the Tesco Finest logo on the front. The polos had the same logo on the left breast and on the back, alongside the #LoveEveryMouthful hashtag, put there to encourage sharing on social media: twitter in particular.
The result
Once the artwork was agreed the job went to print. Quick delivery put the garments in Tesco’s hands with time to give them out to staff and cooks before the show.
“Great quality polos with print that stays on perfectly. Would order again without a doubt.”
