How ordering works
Ask for a quote
Tell us what you would like branded, roughly how many, and the date you need it by. A rough number is enough to start.
Send your logo
A logo file is enough. If you are not sure which item suits, say who it is for and we will suggest options.
Approve the proof
We send the design back as a proof. Production starts once you approve it.
Pay
We accept card payments and bank transfers. 30-day credit accounts are available.
Delivery
The order is delivered to the address you give us.
Who the gifts are for
Staff
Welcome packs for new starters, long-service gifts, team events and Christmas. If the same pack will be ordered again for the next group of starters, say so at the start. There is no minimum, which means a small team is as workable as a large one.
Clients
Client gifts tend to be smaller in number with a higher expectation, so a better item and a subtle logo usually work best. Tell us who will receive them and we will suggest options.
A fixed date
If the gifts are tied to a date, such as a year end, a conference or a contract signing, tell us that date and we will confirm whether it can be met before you commit. Half of our orders dispatch within 7.4 days and nine in ten within 13.6, with about 6.5 days for delivery.
