Direct to garment printing (or DTG) is a relatively new technique and is starting to become more and more popular amongst all clients from all industries. It works especially well on white garments. If you are looking for a specific colour or texture, then we would recommend investing in samples.

Screen printing is a process which requires setting up screens for each of the different colours that you have in your design. There are set-up costs involved with this technique that can prove costly and time consuming. Due to the time taken we cannot always guarantee the availability for Screen printed samples.

Embroidery is a long-lasting and very durable technique. Set-up for this technique involves preparing a digital file ready for the embroidery machine, which can incur costs. Colours are also limited to the thread colours, so if you have any doubts as to the colour you would like to use, in addition to pricing, we highly recommend sampling first.

CAD Cut vinyl and Transfer printing are great options for small quantity orders. Colours, however, can not be Pantone colour matched and so, if you have some specific brand guidelines to follow, we strongly recommend you invest in a sample first.

All-over dye sublimation printing is a very popular option as it offers a full-colour print that covers the entire garment. Garment Printing can offer the possibility of sampling this technique to make sure you’re happy with the results prior to printing the larger order.

Samples are available to order for all of our printing techniques and, for some orders, this is imperative as it allows companies and individuals to make sure that everything looks 100% perfect and make any necessary changes before placing the order. Not only does it enable you to check the look of the print, it also allows you to try on various sizes, see if the colours match those of your brand, and get a feel for the quality of the product.
