Production Turnaround
UK Deliveries: Our standard production and dispatch time is 5–7 working days, starting from receipt of payment and approval of the visual proof.
But we also offer Express Services - just tell us your deadline and let us see what we can do.
Turnaround times may vary depending on order quantity and printing method.
International Deliveries and Logistics with multiple delivery addresses: Yes we can and yes we do.

Delivery Services
All orders are dispatched via courier and require a signature on delivery. Full tracking details are available on request.
Standard Next Day Delivery (Per Box)
£7-£10 – Next working day delivery (08:00–17:00)
Delivery Upgrade Options (Per Box) - subject to request*
- £15-£20 – Morning delivery (08:00–12:00)
- £21-£30 – Priority delivery (08:00–10:30)
Delivery costs are estimated, and may be recalculated based on order volume and required delivery date.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and remote UK locations may take an additional working day (Monday–Friday).
Express & Same-Day Delivery
Express and same-day printing and delivery services are available by request.
Availability depends on order quantity, artwork readiness, and print method.

Weekend Delivery
Weekend delivery is available by prior arrangement only, but these are not guaranteed.
Returns & Faulty Items
Any faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by email, telephone, or via our contact form, together with photos and full details of the problems. Any returns or faults reported after 24hrs will be considered with full discretion of our company.
Once notified, we will advise on the appropriate return process. This may involve a tracked return or courier collection to help you.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged when returned using your own courier
- Photographic evidence is required
- The first course of action will be a Reprint to rectify the issue.
- Refunds will only be considered after Garment Printing has been given the opportunity to rectify the issue
