Specification: Made of 245gsm 65/35 Polycotton fabric with EN388: 2003 tested Nylon ballistic material on outside of legs, from ankle to thigh; Reliable protection and functionality; Front zip fly with concealed hook and bar fastening; Waistband with five belt loops; Elastication at both sides of waist for freedom and comfort; 2 side swing pockets and 1 rear jetted hip pocket; Two 5cm width reflective bands on the bottom of each leg to enhance the visibility; Ballistic nylon panels on the outer legs offer maximum protection against glass, tin cans and other dangerous materials; Suitability: Ideal for local authorities and councils, refuse workers, security guards etc.

Washing Instruction: Maximum washing temperature 40ºC. Normal process and wash as synthetics. No bleaching allowed. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry or wring. Do not dry clean, cold rinse and short spin. No professional dry cleaning in perchloroethylene or hydrocarbons. Do not wash in biological powder. 25 max. wash cycle.

What’s the Minimum Order?

We can produce small orders, but larger quantities offer better pricing. Some printing techniques require minimum quantities due to their setup:

Screen Printing: From 20 to 50 units for single-colour prints. For multi-colour designs, we recommend 100 units per design.
Embroidery: Minimum recommended is 20 units per design.
DTF, Digital Printing, Vinyl, Sublimation: From 10 units per design, though we can produce fewer if necessary.
Promotional Products: Best pricing achieved with higher volumes.
Print Only (on your garments): Recommended minimum is 25 units per design. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
