Specification: Tag free retro fit rugby shirt. Cut and sew contrast stripe panel around centre. Heavyweight single Jersey. Contrast traditional woven (twill) rugby collar. Herringbone back neck tape. Contrast herringbone taped side vents. Taped shoulders. Elastane reinforced ribbed cuffs for shape retention. Twin-needle hem. Topstitching at armholes and panels. Concealed button placket. Herringbone inner placket. 2 x rubber buttons.

Washing Instruction: 40 Cotton. Wash at 40 degrees. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. 2 dot iron. Professional dry clean. Wash dark colours separately. Re-shape whilst damp. Do not leave folded when damp. Dry out of direct heat and sunlight. Iron on reverse of decoration.

What’s the Minimum Order?

We can produce small orders, but larger quantities offer better pricing. Some printing techniques require minimum quantities due to their setup:

Screen Printing: From 20 to 50 units for single-colour prints. For multi-colour designs, we recommend 100 units per design.
Embroidery: Minimum recommended is 20 units per design.
DTF, Digital Printing, Vinyl, Sublimation: From 10 units per design, though we can produce fewer if necessary.
Promotional Products: Best pricing achieved with higher volumes.
Print Only (on your garments): Recommended minimum is 25 units per design. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
