Specification: Air jet yarn which has a softer feel and reduced pilling. Double-lined hood. Tearaway label. Twin-needle stitching at shoulder armhole, neck and waistband. Pouch pocket. Set-in-sleeves. 1x1 rib with elastane. Quarter-turned body to eliminate centre crease. No drawstring to conform to EU regulations.

What’s the Minimum Order?

We can produce small orders, but larger quantities offer better pricing. Some printing techniques require minimum quantities due to their setup:

Screen Printing: From 20 to 50 units for single-colour prints. For multi-colour designs, we recommend 100 units per design.
Embroidery: Minimum recommended is 20 units per design.
DTF, Digital Printing, Vinyl, Sublimation: From 10 units per design, though we can produce fewer if necessary.
Promotional Products: Best pricing achieved with higher volumes.
Print Only (on your garments): Recommended minimum is 25 units per design. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
