Bio-polished fabric creates one of the smoothest print surfaces for optimal printing results. Bio-polish also creates a shirt that’s virtually pill-free, wash after wash. Soft ringspun fabric feels great against your skin. Non-topstitched, narrow width, rib collar. Taped neck and shoulders for comfort and durability. Modern classic fit, side-seamed body. What’s the Minimum Order?

We can produce small orders, but larger quantities offer better pricing. Some printing techniques require minimum quantities due to their setup:

Screen Printing: From 20 to 50 units for single-colour prints. For multi-colour designs, we recommend 100 units per design.
Embroidery: Minimum recommended is 20 units per design.
DTF, Digital Printing, Vinyl, Sublimation: From 10 units per design, though we can produce fewer if necessary.
Promotional Products: Best pricing achieved with higher volumes.
Print Only (on your garments): Recommended minimum is 25 units per design. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
