Specification: Light and packable gilet made from recycled materials. STORMLOCK ECOSPHERE 20D RIPSTOP: very light, windproof and breathable fabric with ripstop reinforcement threads. Made from recycled polyester. MICROGUARD ECOSPHERE (140 g/m²): very warm insulation made from recycled synthetic fibres. 2 hand pockets, reflective detailing, pack bag included. Quilted gilet, warm synthetic fibre insulation, windproof, breathable, very light with recycled materials, stows compactly in its own pack bag, PFC-free. Fairwear Foundation certified.

What’s the Minimum Order?

We can produce small orders, but larger quantities offer better pricing. Some printing techniques require minimum quantities due to their setup:

Screen Printing: From 20 to 50 units for single-colour prints. For multi-colour designs, we recommend 100 units per design.
Embroidery: Minimum recommended is 20 units per design.
DTF, Digital Printing, Vinyl, Sublimation: From 10 units per design, though we can produce fewer if necessary.
Promotional Products: Best pricing achieved with higher volumes.
Print Only (on your garments): Recommended minimum is 25 units per design. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
