Specification: Reverse coil zip on centre front with signature zip puller and internal storm flap and chin guard. Moulded baffle panels on front and back. Diagonal ‘V’ stitched sandwiched baffles on front and back upper body panels with horizontal stitched baffles at side seams. 228gsm lightweight polyester fill. Internal binding on all seams. Pockets to have reverse coil zips with upper zip garages only. Stretch binding around armholes and hem for added protection. Product contains no branded neck label.* Removable Kimble or looped garment tags. Inner seam label holds important product information on one label with a second label containing brand information which can be cut-away.

What’s the Minimum Order?

We can produce small orders, but larger quantities offer better pricing. Some printing techniques require minimum quantities due to their setup:

Screen Printing: From 20 to 50 units for single-colour prints. For multi-colour designs, we recommend 100 units per design.
Embroidery: Minimum recommended is 20 units per design.
DTF, Digital Printing, Vinyl, Sublimation: From 10 units per design, though we can produce fewer if necessary.
Promotional Products: Best pricing achieved with higher volumes.
Print Only (on your garments): Recommended minimum is 25 units per design. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
