The Morion 6 panel cool fit cap is made of 110 g/m² GRS certified recycled polyester microfiber, and has a pre-curved visor with a sandwich design, adding a classic touch. The back panels has laser-cut holes for optimal ventilation, keeping you cool and comfortable during outdoor activities. Designed for a comfortable fit with a head circumference of 58 cm, the metal buckle closure allows for easy, secure adjustments. The GRS certification ensures a 100% certified supply chain, from raw material to our printing techniques, making this a more sustainable choice.

What’s the Minimum Order?

We can produce small orders, but larger quantities offer better pricing. Some printing techniques require minimum quantities due to their setup:

Screen Printing: From 20 to 50 units for single-colour prints. For multi-colour designs, we recommend 100 units per design.
Embroidery: Minimum recommended is 20 units per design.
DTF, Digital Printing, Vinyl, Sublimation: From 10 units per design, though we can produce fewer if necessary.
Promotional Products: Best pricing achieved with higher volumes.
Print Only (on your garments): Recommended minimum is 25 units per design. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
