The Hale beanie is made of Polylana® fiber – a low-impact alternative to 100% acrylic and wool fibers – saving water, energy and reducing CO2 emission during the production and dyeing process. Comparing with acrylic fiber, for each Hale beanie the following impact savings are realized: 2.77 liter water, 5.16 MJ energy and 0.06 kg GhG (CO2). Impact savings are based on validated Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data. Made of 1x1 rib knit with Polylana® fiber and acrylic with a 12-gauge density. The ideal choice for those who value fashion while caring for the environment.

What’s the Minimum Order?

We can produce small orders, but larger quantities offer better pricing. Some printing techniques require minimum quantities due to their setup:

Screen Printing: From 20 to 50 units for single-colour prints. For multi-colour designs, we recommend 100 units per design.
Embroidery: Minimum recommended is 20 units per design.
DTF, Digital Printing, Vinyl, Sublimation: From 10 units per design, though we can produce fewer if necessary.
Promotional Products: Best pricing achieved with higher volumes.
Print Only (on your garments): Recommended minimum is 25 units per design. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
