Open-City are an independent, London based, not-for-profit organisation that aims to be at the centre of improving infrastructure and facilities – creating a better city. Their programmes are designed to encourage dialogue, debate and learn about how architecture and public space affects our daily lives.
Open-City are one of our regular charity, London based, clients. They strive for perfection and so the colours in their designs are always a challenge that Garment Printing looks to conquer. They required printed T-Shirts that their volunteers and participants could wear that had vibrant high-quality colours.
It’s always a challenge to produce the vibrancy seen on the computer screen when printing onto textiles, but this is something we have truly mastered at Garment Printing.
What we did:
On this occasion we opted for a Direct To Garment (DTG), using our Brother GT3 machine as it offers superb full colour printing capabilities and is ideal for long or short print runs.
The design was printed onto our popular Gildan soft-style (GD01) t-shirt as it is ideal as a Unisex t-shirt and offers a great soft finish so is very comfortable to wear.
“Extremely happy with the result as always. We asked for bright, vibrant colours and Garment Printing produced a perfect result.”
