At Garment Printing, we are so confident in our customer services, products and printing services that we offer a Quality Assurance Guarantee. This means that we can offer a Full Reprint or a Full/Partial Refund, subject to your specific needs.
How Does The Quality Assurance Guarantee Work?
While we constantly aim for excellence, unfortunately, sometimes mistakes can happen. In the event that you're not totally satisfied with your printed garments then you're eligible for our Quality Assurance Guarantee and all you need to do is simple:
- Provide us with photographic evidence of the fault or dissatisfaction
- Along with photographic evidence, provide a brief description of the fault
- Tell us what your needs, whether it's a reprint or a refund. If it's a re-print let us know your deadline and we'll make sure that it happens.
- A member of our customer services team will be in contact with you to discuss the issue and then work out the perfect resolution for you.
To ensure we're able to meet deadlines and provide you with a quick turnaround for your return, please contact us within 6 hours of receipt of the faulty goods. By doing this, we're able to contact you, come to a resolution and then begin the refund or reprint process as quickly as possible.
